Fattoria Rossi is a family run factory farm located in the low Matildic territory extending at bottom line of the Apenine cordillera, in the cradle of the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. With personally taking care of every stage of the process (from selected cows breeding, raising and milking up to cheese making), Fattoria Rossi has been genuinely producing for several generations now this world’s unique quality cheese.
